I hope this finds you recharged from the holidays and ready to hit the ground running (or walking, stretching, biking…) in 2019! Honestly, these past two weeks have taken a lot out of me. There have been wonderful and touching moments with family and friends as Luna had her first Christmas, and also some “I’m so exhausted and want to hide under my covers for days” moments. I like routine and when it’s all thrown to the wind, it takes its toll on me. I like relaxing and having less to do, but this time of year I also enjoy getting pumped up and motivated about planning for the new year, organized both personally and professionally, and making lists of things I want to accomplish.
