I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. It's not about food alone, and there is no one size fits all solution. You will receive one-on-one undivided support during our time together. This is deeper than a diet. You will find your inner voice regarding health and RECLAIM it for your own, once and for all. 

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book. I truly believe that most people know what they personally need to do to "get healthy". However, we don't always get the support, guidance, and time to process and implement those sustainable changes. That's what a coach is for. 

Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to create specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward. You will practice writing your own prescription by listening to your inner voice about what works best for you.

This journey is all about YOU. My approach is client-centered, empowering, motivating, and fun! You don't arrive at health one day and say, "OK I'm done! I've arrived!" It's ever changing and you never stop learning and discovering what you need to be the best version of yourself. It's all about self-discovery, giving yourself permission to change and grow, and finding your truth.

Writing Your Personal Prescription 

RECLAIMING your health is all about finding your voice and making sense of the endless health information we're fed every day. I'll introduce you to strategies and techniques to write your own prescription for your health. During our time together we will continue to revisit the balance between what nourishes you on and off the plate; evaluating what's working well and what needs to be revised. This is an empowering process and will inspire and motivate you during and outside of our sessions together! When you identify and take control over what you need, you find your voice and create lasting, sustainable change.

Self-Care Strategies 

Putting yourself first can be hard, but it's so essential to your well-being. Together, we will craft a self-care plan to ensure you are creating space for what you need. You can't afford to wait any longer to get back in touch with the things that fill your bucket. You will learn how to say no, ask for what you need, and carve out time for you. When you take care of yourself first, life looks a little less stressful. 

Unconditional Permission

Learning how to give yourself unconditional permission to change, grow, and explore is key to finding your inner health voice. Everyone is at a different place in his or her health journey and this will affect different areas of life for each person: career, relationship, exercise, spirituality, what you eat. It’s an empowering voice once you find it! While change can be scary for many people, I will support you in this process without the guilt, fear, or shame that may have been there before. I will treat you with dignity and respect and start where you want to start. This is a process and it is crucial that we work at your pace.   


When we are able to focus on the present moment, we find peace, clarity, and understanding in our mind and body. Adopting a mindful practice allows us to slow down, listen, and respect our needs. I will show you how to calmly acknowledge what you are feeling; finding acceptance in who you are in each and every moment.


Listening To Your Body

Our bodies have a lot to say! Unfortunately, often times through constant dieting, chaotic relationships, or chaotic jobs we lose touch with what our bodies really need. How often do we ignore a growling stomach, stay in a relationship that doesn’t bring us happiness, or work for a paycheck instead of enjoyment? Our bodies don’t make mistakes. They are speaking to us every day and we need to listen. During our time together, I will teach you strategies to get back in touch with your whole body so you can hear it’s voice again and honor what it’s telling you.
