I’ve been presenting a lot over the last few months on reducing stress, and last week someone said, “You’re so calm, good luck with that in labor!” Reminder: I’m 34 weeks now! W e’re getting close! This person’s comment was well intentioned, lighthearted, and I laughed it off. This is our first child and therefore will be our first experience with labor and delivery. Talk about stressful!
