A few months ago I posted this TED Talk  and people loved it. I can understand why. We can all agree that we give too many f*cks and it leaves us stressed out and exhausted at the end of the day! Well, I picked up the book, The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck by Sarah Knight and couldn’t put it down! Honestly. I read the whole thing in the time it took my husband to watch the first two Matrix movies on Sunday (Don’t ask.
