There’s nothing like a new baby to make time stand still and disappear all at the same time. Luna is officially 8 weeks today and doing great! Spending time with her has been such a gift, but my brain is slowly shifting to work and all the exciting things I’m looking forward to professionally at Reclaiming Health! Is anyone else feeling a little shocked, overwhelmed, or stress that it’s already December? We managed to get a little tree up this year and it has definitely helped bring some zen to our living room!

This time of year seems to jump from one event to the next, making it hard to embrace any one moment. You’re googling what to do with leftovers from Thanksgiving while you’re putting up a tree, and confused if you should leave your rake out for another week or dig out your snow shovel.
